Christopher Zallek, MD has been a neurologist with OSF HealthCare Illinois Neurological Institute since 2000 and in 2017 became lead investigator of the NeuroHealth Lab at Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center. At OSF INI, Dr. Zallek provides neuromuscular subspecialty care and works with residents and students to care for patients needing general neurological services. He is also the co-director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association Care Center serving Muscular Dystrophy and ALS patients in the Central Illinois region. As part of the NeuroHealth Lab, Dr. Zallek’s vision is to improve patient triage and care by leveraging digitized exam tools and information as well as developing simulators to provide better training experiences.
