Kari Schaer is a Clinical Support Services Integration Program Manager and joined OSF HealthCare in 2012.
She is a member of the Solution Design and Integration Team, which develops scalable solutions for Best Practice integration across the OSF HealthCare Ministry. She is certified as a SAFe Program Consultant, which supports Scaled Agile Framework, lean thinking, and product development flow.
Kari has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources, supporting employee engagement and retention. Prior to her current role she had the honor to serve in Patient Experience. Kari has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.
