Paula Burgess is a strategic program for Performance Improvement (PI) at OSF HealthCare where she has worked since June 2016. Paula initially came to OSF as a PI Specialist leading various Ministry project initiatives including serving as project director for the Integration Management Office.
In her current role, she is responsible for training, coaching and mentoring senior leadership, management and PI professionals as well as the overall development and delivery of projects that cross division, organization or entity boundaries. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix, where she studied business administration.
Paula lives in Germantown Hills and is married to David. They have two children, Elizabeth and Jacob, and three grandchildren, Liam and Calvin. In her spare time, Paula enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, gardening and exploring new places.
