Who We Are

2022-2023 Annual Report Owned and operated by OSF HealthCare , we are a community of professionals inspired by the example of Christ to serve others with the greatest care and love.

We seek students who are motivated by this example to push themselves continuously to improve their skills and better care for people who need it most.

Nurses serve people who are at their most vulnerable, protect their rights and advocate for their wishes.

The role of the nurse is a vital one, and that’s why proper preparation and training are central to everything we do.

Our goal is to provide future nurses with a base of knowledge in theory and practice, and allow them to master the skills they will need to make a difference when they enter the workforce.

Students who truly want to succeed will find that everything they need to seize their future is available at Saint Anthony College of Nursing.

*The percentage of students who completed the program within 150% of normal time to completion for most recent calendar year (2022).  When factoring in CCNE-allowable exclusins for students who decided to change majors/relocated/had family obligations, the MSN completion rate was 50% and the DNP completion rate was 73%.

**The percentage of 2022 graduates who were employed within one year of graduation, according to alumni surveys and supplemental data collection (e.g., LinkedIn, website employee listings). Employment rates reflect an 88% response rate for BSN/RN-BSN graduates and 100% response rate for MSN/DNP graduates.

***The percentage of students who started in Summer/Fall 2022 who were still enrolled in Fall 2023.
