Obesity is a disease and requires various levels of treatment.  The perfect diet, exercise plan, or pill does not exist.  There are many strategies for treating obesity and treatment is not "one-size-fits all".  The team at the OSF Weight Management Clinic in Peoria is here to guide you on this life-long journey and find a treatment plan that fits you best.  We focus on healthy lifestyle changes first and may consider adding obesity medications and/or bariatric surgery when indicated.  Attend an orientation meeting to learn about the program options within the OSF Weight Management Clinic. 

Programs are billable through health insurance.  This meeting is free, and for gathering information only.  There is no obligation to join.
