We will be your local partner in your company's benefit plan through contracting service agreements, provider updates, and services.
The network is leased to the employer benefit plan providing direct access to discounted reimbursement rates for all participating providers. The employer can utilize any Third Party Administrator (TPA) of their choice.
OSF Saint Francis, Inc. will furnish an electronic OSF Direct Access Network ID logo for the network to the TPA to affix to the employee's ID card.
To ensure proper billing and payment, the employee must show the ID card at the time of receiving all healthcare services.
Co-payments, coinsurance and deductibles may be collected by the provider at the time of scheduling or when service is provided.
Claims are sent from participating providers to the TPA for processing. The TPA reprices and adjudicates the provider claim according to OSF Direct Access Network provider reimbursement file provided to them monthly.
