We're not a "big" hospital, but if you've never been here before, you might feel nervous about finding a particular department once you arrive. We want your experience to be excellent. That's why we have volunteers who are happy to assist. 

Our In-house volunteers have a variety of wheelchairs available for use at OSF Saint Paul and they are happy to push patients to their destination. 

Simply ask for assistance at the front desk located in our front lobby.

You can also call the main hospital line at (815) 539-7461 before your arrival and you will be met with a smiling volunteer at the main entrance, ready to assist you.

It would be our pleasure to escort you to Rehabilitation Services, Surgical Waiting Area - wherever you need to go! 

We have volunteers standing by on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our volunteers frequently transport patients to various departments throughout the hospital. They know the routes and the ropes - you can count on them!
